4. PRINT-ON-DEMAND AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some NO FIX STUDIOS products are manufactured or printed after an order is placed.
We may use third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printify and its print providers, to manufacture and deliver products.
The fact that a standard product is manufactured after an order is placed does not by itself remove any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
Products that are genuinely personalized or manufactured according to a customer's individual specifications may be subject to different withdrawal rules where permitted by applicable law.
5. SIZING AND FIT
Customers should review the relevant size guide and product information before placing an order.
Measurements and fit may vary slightly because of normal manufacturing tolerances.
Descriptions such as “regular”, “relaxed”, “oversized”, or similar terms describe the intended fit but do not guarantee an identical fit for every customer.
Selecting an incorrect size does not affect any statutory rights you may have, but returns made solely because of size preference are otherwise handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
6. PRICES
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or during checkout.
For sales to consumers where required by applicable law, displayed prices include applicable VAT or other taxes.
Shipping costs and any other charges payable to NO FIX STUDIOS will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
For international orders, additional import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country and how the order is processed. Where these charges are not collected by us at checkout, they may be charged separately by the relevant authorities or carrier.

The withdrawal function is intended to make it possible to submit and confirm a withdrawal request electronically during the applicable withdrawal period.

12. VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
In addition to applicable statutory rights, NO FIX STUDIOS voluntarily offers eligible customers a 30-day return period beginning when the order is received.
Conditions applying to this voluntary return policy, including the condition of returned products and return shipping responsibilities, are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our voluntary return policy does not restrict any rights that cannot legally be limited by contract.
13. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

For consumers in Sweden, NO FIX STUDIOS is responsible for original defects in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, and statutory complaint rights generally apply for at least three years from purchase.
These statutory rights apply independently of our voluntary return policy and independently of any policy offered by our manufacturing or fulfilment providers.
Your purchase agreement is with NO FIX STUDIOS, so complaints concerning products purchased from our store should be directed to us.
14. REFUNDS
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times after we issue a refund may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Products, sizes, colors, and collections may be available only in limited quantities.
We may modify or discontinue products at any time before an order is placed.
If we are unable to fulfil a product after accepting payment, we will cancel the affected product or order and issue the applicable refund.
